Join us for a poolside Ayurvedic workshop and spa day Saturday September 10th! Laura Croyt will be spilling all the secrets about one of her favorite topics: how to enhance beauty from the inside out. You will learn various beautifying herbs and Ayurvedic techniques including: 

 

-  Basic principles and self-care practices of Ayurveda

-  Herbal remedies for healthy skin, hair & nails

-  Garshana dry brushing & oil massage for lymph flow & healthy glow (dry brush & custom oil to take home included)

-  Discover your dosha (unique mind-body type) for optimal digestion
